Julia Constable, MSW, LCSW-C
With over 30 years of experience in the field of clinical social work, Julia Constable is a compassionate and skilled licensed clinical social worker who has dedicated much of her career to supporting children, adolescents, and their families. Holding a BA in Psychology from Brown University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Catholic University, Julia brings both academic expertise and real-world experience to her practice.
For the past 23 years, Julia has worked in a private school setting, specializing in areas such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and learning challenges. Her warm, holistic approach blends evidence-based practices with mindfulness techniques to help children and families navigate difficult emotions and life transitions.
Outside of her professional life, Julia is an avid traveler who has lived on four different continents, enriching her understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives. In her free time, she enjoys singing, hiking, and gardening—activities that keep her grounded and connected to nature.
